Hi! 👋 I'm Ale, a product leader with +7 years' experience working at early-stage startups, from seed to Series D.

In my latest role, I owned the customer-facing agentic experience for 6K enterprise customers at Iru (fka Kandji).

Previously, I drove the product roadmap for reusable code modules at a startup called Crowdbotics. Before that, I owned the product experience for 25K dental professionals on the largest dental staffing marketplace in the U.S. at GoTu. Prior to GoTu, I helped re-found SharpestMinds (acquired) and ran it's product development process end-to-end. As part of that experience, I recruited our new CEO, key technical talent, and rebuilt the entire marketplace web app experience.

After hours, I love buying or building businesses, and meeting interesting builders in Miami. ☀️
